In view of the health context linked to the COVID-19 epidemic, you will find below the measures put in place by the Local Organising Committee of FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2021 :
- In line with government annoucements, events or places involving more than 1,000 people will be covered by the health pass. Spectators must provide: a negative test less than 48 hours old, or a vaccination certificate (full vaccination status, https://www.gouvernement.fr/pass-sanitaire-toutes-les-reponses-a-vos-que...) or a Covid-19 recovery certificate (i.e., the production of a positive test result of more than two weeks and less than six months).These documents must be presented at the public entrance in digital or paper format, accompanied by ID. Children under 11 years old are not concerned by the health pass.
- To date, and in order to ensure a rule of social distancing between each group of spectators, one seat will be automatically blocked for sale next to the seats you have ordered.
- In the event of a definitive cancellation, reduction of gauge or closed session, the tickets you ordered on this site will automatically be refunded by crediting the bank card used to purchase the tickets. In the event of a change of credit card, an email will be sent to you to retrieve your bank details and proceed with the refund.
- In the event of a postponement of a match in the same venue, the tickets for the original match will remain valid under the same conditions for the new date, unless otherwise informed by e-mail.
