MY ACCOUNT

The online ticket office is equipped with a secure payment system. This is a method of encrypting personal data which protects it in the information storage system. The connection is secured as soon as you access the payment page. You can make sure of this by checking that the URL of the page begins with "https".

The secure payment interface is managed by PAYBOX certified PCI-DDS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) by VISA and MASTERCARD. This certification, renewed each year, guarantees a high level of security and integrity of the platform.

 

 

Click on the "LOGIN / REGISTER" tab and then on "Forgot your password? ». Then enter the email address of your customer account and click on "SEND THE NEW PASSWORD". Your password will be automatically sent to the email address associated with the account. You will then be able to create a new password and log back into your customer account.

As this email address is used as a login, you can still log in even if you made a mistake when registering. 

Once logged in, you will be able to change the email address associated with your account to continue receiving our communications. 

To create a customer account, click on the "Create an account" button in the window that appears when you hover the mouse over the "LOGIN / REGISTER" button at the top right of the screen.

Then simply fill in all the fields requested in the form.

MY ORDER

Make sure you are logged in with the account you used to place the order. 

It is also possible that your order may not have been completed. For confirmation, please contact your bank or contact us at the following address: billetterie@ffbb.com

In your personal space, in the "MY ORDERS" section, you will find the invoices corresponding to your purchases, ready to be downloaded. To do this, click on "INVOICES".

These are the only invoices we issue.

The order is firm and final. No request for refund will be accepted. In accordance with article L 120-20-4 of the Consumer Code, tickets for shows are not subject to a right of retraction.

MY TICKETS

If you have more than one account, make sure you use the same login details as for your order.

To access and download your tickets 

 

1/ Log in to your account by clicking on my account.

Your login is the e-mail address associated with the order. 

If you lose your password, do not hesitate to use the "Forgotten your password?" help function. ». Your password will be automatically sent to the e-mail address associated with the order. 

2/ Then click on "My orders".

3/ Enter the names of the beneficiaries of your tickets if requested by the organiser.

This step of the beneficiaries is important because it unlocks the "download" button. You must enter a different name per ticket.

4/ Download your tickets in PDF format.

5/ Print your e-tickets from a good quality printer. 

 

Make sure you do this from a PC (not a tablet or Mac) and from the Chrome or Mozilla browsers (not Internet Explorer).

No, any exit from the enclosure is considered final.

La Fédération Française de BasketBall prévoit de mettre à disposition des spectateurs des guichets de vente aux abords de l’enceinte qui leur permettront d'effectuer des achats de billets sur site, sous réserve de places disponibles.

In accordance with French legislation, all persons entering the enclosure must have a ticket, regardless of age.

All children, whatever their age, must have a ticket at their entrance, in the same way as adults.
